• 1st, nation-wide conference of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education
• Just barely does not overlap with UR's Meliora Weekend
• Conference Program & Speakers (omg/drool...)
• Call for Proposals (also in pdf) - UR Sustainability Interns should present, at least, a poster on their work! Deadline for submitting abstracts for presentations/sessions is June 19; deadline for poster abstracts is August 1
• Registration - the student price is incredibly cheap ($55 for those from non-member institutions, before 9/1), and there's also a big ($300) discount on the total registration fee for non-student groups of 4 or more from a single university, as long as they "consist of four or more individuals from two or more sectors of a single campus - academics, operations, facilities, or administration." Field trip!

• Professional-development sort of conference for people working on Sustainability issues at higher-educational institutions across the northeastern US and Canada.
• Nils Klinkenberg is participating in conference calls (spring 2006) to help plan this year's event, to be held at Yale.
• Nils and Patrick Brennan attended last year's conference, hosted by the Harvard Green Campus Initiative (HGCI). It was excellent, and a great time. Unfortunately, the conference website (including PPT files of all the presentations) seems to have been taken off the HGCI server.
